I always enjoy their cream cheese and garlic pull apart, this time, with their holiday drink vanilla cookie iced blended, coffee based with whipped cream. Ambiance is great for groups and solo. Service people are great!

This is one of their newest branches and still very much consistent of the CBTL brand and image. Clean, comfortable and cozy - this is how I would describe their Ayala Avenue branch. Dropped by on a Sunday morning and already felt relaxed just sitting around while sipping my usual Chai Tea Latte. I always have and will be a fan of the CBTL Brand with their flavorful teas and smooth coffee selection.

This is one of my favorite CBTL branches here in the Philippines. Though CBTL is now majority owned by Jollibee Corp (JFC), it does not own the local franchise of the coffee shop. CBTL in Manila was established in 2003, way before the JFC purchase. Jollibee Group has a say in their global operations specifically in the US (Main Office), Malaysia and Singapore. We had several of their excellent pastries ( which are supplied by Nono's) namely: Turtle Pie, Ube Cheesecake, Lime Pie and Walnut Crunch. We paired these with their Latte, Double Chocolate, Cappuccino and Caramel Macchiato. The thing I really like with this branch is that, the mall Ayala North Exchange is not full on weekends and parking is plentiful. The design is functional and modern. The premises are clean. The staff is super friendly, attentive and would go an extra mile for great service. Highly recommended.

Went here in the morning to have my coffee fix. I love the venue since it's bright and spacious yet still have that comfy and cozy feeling. I love how their drinks aren't too sweet and the cream cheese & garlic pull is perfect to pair it with the coffee. Will definitely go back here again. Also, they are currently celebrating their 20 years. I'll definitley try their anniversary drink next time. 😊

This coffee bean branch opened pre-pandemic, transferring from its original branch at the Convergys building just across. More pleasant ambience and has an al fresco area. Good food and drinks as always. The staff are also very friendly.

I guess 11AM on a Froday is the best time to visit CBTL, there were only 4 customers! We really have the place to ourselves! I am sure by lunch time this will be full. The tomato & herb linguine pasta tastes really good! And comparing the cappuccino of Coffee Bean and other the top coffee shop, I like CBTL more!

This branch’ vibe is cozy. The area is spacious. The caramel macchiato is quite sweet tho. No outlets - for those who want to know. But overall a very nice and comfortable stay.

They have the best salads from a coffee shop. My favorite is their Greek salad but their Spicy cold chicken salad is also delicious. Their Caesar salad is so-so but I admit I'm not a fan of Caesar salad in the first place. Another plus is that the flat white coffee is blended well-- they are improving their coffee game, in fairness. The tuna and egg Hokkaido sandwich is kinda disappointing. For its price, I expected to have 2 half slices of the sandwich. The taste even nothing remarkable.
